Bord van majolica met lichtblauwe glazuur ( 'a berettino'). In het midden een rond medaillon met een landschap waarin links op de voorgrond een zittende jongeling een hart smeedt op een aambeeld en rechts een amor met pijl en boog vliegt. Brede rand met grotesken lichtblauw gehoogd met wit; uitgespaard op donkerblauwe grond. In de rand staat, verspreid over vier banderolles, het jaartal: ANO 1521 ADHI DMAIO. Op de achterzijde een cirkel met een kruis erdoorheen, d.i. het vuurwiel van de werkplaats van de Casa Pirota; verder bladornament in donkerblauw rondom gekartelde donkerblauwe ronde vlekken.
