Het naar achteren smal toelopende lijf is bedekt met acanthusbladeren. Het gaat naar voren over in een satyrkop en twee armen, waarvan de handen de horens vasthouden van een uit zijn borst ontspringende runderkop. Op de schouders vleugels in de vorm van acanthusbladeren; het opkrullende achterlijf eindigt in een blad. Onder de runderkop als stootknop een schelp, onder het achterlijf de scharnier.
