Toneel met keizer Karel V zittend op de troon. Links drie bisschoppen, rechts vier vorsten. Aan weerszijden van het toneel de twee zuilen van Hercules. Feestelijke intocht van aartshertog Ernst als gouverneur der Nederlanden gehouden te Brussel op 30 januari 1594.
