Questions about tickets

  • Tickets until 25 January
    If you have already bought an entrance ticket for a visit to the Rijksmuseum in the period until 25 January 2022, this ticket will remain valid for the remainder of 2022. You do have to book a new time slot free of charge.
    If it is not possible for you to visit the Rijksmuseum on another day in this calendar year, we will refund your ticket. To request a refund, please send an email containing the order number (and booking confirmation if you received one) to groepen@rijksmuseum.nl

If you booked through a travel agent or reseller, we advise you to contact the travel agent or reseller concerned.
  • Tickets for guided tours and workshops
    You have booked a ticket for a tour or workshop in the Rijksmuseum in the period up to 25 January 2022. You can rebook this free of charge to another time during this year. If this is not possible, we will return the amount. For this you can send an email with the order number and possibly your booking confirmation to groepen@rijksmuseum.nl

  • Group tickets
    You have booked a ticket for a group visit in the period up to 25 January 2022. You can rebook this ticket free of charge to another day during this year. If this is not possible, we will return the amount. For this you can send an email with the order number and possibly your booking confirmation to groeps@rijksmuseum.nl

  • Schools
    All bookings up to January 25, 2022 have been cancelled. If you have booked a school visit in the period up to January 25, 2022, the costs for the visit will be automatically refunded. We hope that you can find a new date for this school year to come to the Rijksmuseum with your students. You can book your visit online, we look forward to seeing you!
