Silver cabinet Jan Adolf Hillebrand (1818–1887), Leeuwarden, 1844, various woods, ivory, mirror glass

The Frisian cabinetmaker Hillebrand won the silver medal for this silver cabinet.
It was inspired by the Gothic architecture of medieval cathedrals. This showpiece was bought by the Dutch king William II.
