Pushchairs are permitted in the museum; backpack carriers are not; you can take these to the cloakroom. We have a limited number of pushchairs available for your convenience.
Library, Print Room, and reading room
The library is housed in the main Rijksmuseum building. Library daily opening hours 10:00 – 17:00, closed on Sundays and public holidays. The Rijksmuseum’s Research Library and Print Room have a shared reading room. For appointments and contact: email@example.com
The Rijksmuseum’s multidisciplinary education centre is housed inside the historic drawing school known as the 'Teekenschool'. Its three modern studios host a wide spectrum of activities, organized under the motto: ‘learning to look by doing’. More information
The Atelier Building is a centre of restoration and conservation, scholarly endeavour, research, and training. The Atelier Building is a setting in which the Rijksmuseum, the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (RCE), and the University of Amsterdam (UvA) pool their expertise in the field of the restoration and conservation of art objects.
