Tours, courses and audio tours

Ticket prices

Groups of 15 or more pay € 10.- per person instead of € 11.-.

Online reservation

Due to the limited capacity of the Philips Wing group visits should be booked through the online group reservations system. When the reservation is confirmed, the group is allowed to use the fast lane entrance of the Rijksmuseum.

Tours

Groups can reserve a professional Rijksmuseum guide.

Celebrations
Rembrandt
Light and perspective
Family life in the 17th century
Dining in the 17th century
Domestic life in the Golden Age

Other themes are also certainly possible by agreement.

Prices (not including admission to the museum)

€ 75.- per hour for a tour of Dutch painting from the Golden Age.

€ 100.- per hour for a tour with another theme.

Different prices apply to schools:

€ 45,- per hour for a tour of Dutch painting from the Golden Age

€ 55,- per hour for a tour with another theme

Tours can be given in the following languages: Dutch, English, German and French.

Group size is limited to 15 people for each guide.

Guided tours have to be reserved at least two weeks in advance.

Warning:

Sharp objects and knives are not allowed on Rijksmuseum premises. If weapons are found that are banned in the Netherlands – which includes pepper spray – the police will always be called.

You are allowed to bring your own guide. For groups of 15 or more the guide is admitted free. Group size is limited to 20 people for groups bringing their own guide, i.e. guides not employed by the Rijksmuseum.

Audio tours

Audio tours are available in the following languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin and Japanese. Groups of 15 or more persons receive a discount on audio tours: the price is € 4.25 instead of € 5.- a piece.
